針對斗齒鑄件的氣孔缺陷說明

在剖開的挖掘機斗齒工件熱節周圍發現氣孔，同時在芯腔的四周壁上也發現存在氣孔。斗齒生產廠家詳細介紹：

擠壓鑄件中的氣孔可分為析出性氣孔、侵入性氣孔和反應氣孔，并且在鑄件縮孔、縮松的形成過程中大都伴隨著氣體的析出，氣孔與縮孔、縮松可以說是伴生的。如果合金中含氣量過高，或液體金屬充型過程中侵入氣體過多，會加劇上述縮孔或氣孔的形成。通過對剖切斗齒的分析，可以看到氣孔分布是隨機的，而且孔洞大，多為球形和團球形，可以斷定此氣孔基本上屬于侵入性氣孔。
